    I'm somewhat confused... the directions say to put all ingredients in the fridge for a couple of hours, but then later say to "stream" the bacon fat into the mix. Cold bacon fat will by no stretch of the imagination "stream".

    I read it as put all ingredients, except the bacon fat in refrigerator for a couple hours.

    I made a batch last night to blend into a can of tuna with some chopped purple onions, lime juice, and diced cucumber. Bacon mayo really tied all those flavors together.
