Sounds OK, but I'm not a huge fan of scrambled eggs. I prefer fried or poached or the like. That one would be nice, but I like something like
Shakshouka
or Huevos Rancheros if I'm going for fancied up eggs. Usually a couple of fried eggs with biscuits and gravy, (and plenty of gravy to cover the eggs, too) will do me just fine.

Sounds like a Denver omelet to me.
I guess even scrambled eggs are classier in Paris.

Interesting. Never heard of this. Wiki says it's an Indian dish. I looked at several recipes online - they all include some tomato. i wonder if the recipe left it out by mistake??
I'm with Root-Beer Man - I'm not real fond of scrambled eggs, usually only do that when using egg substitute or whites only. I like firm whites and runny yolks better than whitesandyolks mixed up together.
There are very few places around here to get Shakshouka and I don't think any of our Persian restaurants are open for breakfast. Nor for that matter, any Indian ones. I usually just take the easy way out and fry the eggs and add left over salsa or chutney from take-out
.

Is this a middle eastern dish?
I do love a gourmet egg dish! Haha. Would definitely try this someday.
