Anyone try Urban Brick Pizza?

So has anyone tried Urban Brick Pizza? It's a chain that's why I placed it here. They just opend one in Live Oak last Saturday .From my seat in McAlister's Deli I could look across Pat Booker and see the place was packed. One of the local radio stations even had a truck there.

It appears to be similar to several other build-your-own pizza operations such as Pizza Cucinova. It operates in much the same way as Chipotle, a burrito operation. You get to pick your meat, your sauce, your other toppings and your crust, and then they bake it very quickly. They claim their pies are "authentic Neapolitan." I do believe I can safely say, even without trying one, that they are not.

Thanks Michael Hoffman. In Live Oak in The Forum Shopping Center is Mod Pizza. It has small ,medium and large pizzas and you can build your own too. What I like about Mod is the pizza is one price  for the size you want.No extra charges for each ingredient.May have to give Urban Brick a try.
