    It's Bull meat, beef tallow, salt, and red pepper. That's the most primal version. Oh, and natural casings.

    Sounds like an eye-opener for sure!  Next time you make a batch substitute cayennes for the jalapenos in the name of research.

    Oh, those hot guts sausages have plenty red pepper in them. Fiery chile-based breakfasts are a great way to start the day.
