RE: Black Rice Pudding
As far as I know, there are at least two kinds of black rice. You folks seem to be talking about the sweet, sticky Thai rice. There's also something called "Forbidden" black rice, a Chinese variety, that's not sweet or sticky, and is jet black when it's cooked. It's also considerably more expensive.
The pudding with the sweet rice sounds fabulous. I'm all over it. Let you know after this weekend.
