From looking at the recipe, it seems to me to be a (somewhat corrupted) verson of cream of chicken soup (or it could be fairly easily turned into a version of it). Take some of it and try adding some shredded sharp cheddar cheese to it (for flavor). Perhaps, if you like broccoli, cook some chopped broccoli separately in butter with just a little water and add it, along with the shredded sharp cheddar, to make a chicken-broccoli-cheese dish, (which can then be baked until slightly browned to help dry it out if you wish). I make a chicken-broccoli-cheese dish with noodles or rice somewhat regularly, and I think this mull could be adapted this way, to help you use it up.
