Chicken meat sizer ?
I am looking for something that will "roll out" chicken breasts into a desired max thickness. Similar to beating it out, but run it through to get the desired max size. I know there are industrial sized machines that will to this sort of thing. I know there are the meat tenderizer rollers for things like cube steak, but I just want to roll the chicken into a uniform maximum thickness for making chicken nuggets in bulk quickly. Any ideas on a kitchen sized machine ?
