Since it seems that a lot of the second lines are put on by individual social organizations, how does a special event line like this work?  Is it kind of like an all-star game, with each organization represented by a few individuals?  Or is it more of a wide open, all-are-welcome party?

The Chase family have lived in Treme for generations. The restaurant is just around the corner from the Zulu headquarters (those are the men you see in matching yellow jackets).

The Original Royal Players Brass Band leader Anthony Bennett grew up in Treme.

Miss Leah's funeral was at St Peter Claver, just a few blocks from her restaurant and also in Treme.

If a luminary passes in 9th Ward for example you'd see a similar collaboration between forces from that neighborhood.

All are welcome no matter what neighborhood you're from.

The Dr John memorial second line had thousands of people from all over New Orleans and, I would suspect the world.
