Never ask the people at the front desk at a Hampton Inn where to go eat- a lesson I learned early on in my business travel days.

Several years ago I checked into a Hampton Inn in Staunton, Virginia. I knew about Mrs. Rowe's, but I asked the desk clerk about any other good places and he told me Kathy's just down the road was the best restaurant in town. It wasn't.

Hysterical!  There are so many good places to eat in Staunton.
