Free Lunch Entertainment

For a long time now I have been condemning the music industry in general for putting out crap. I now realize the condemnation should be aimed at commercial radio or at least as it exists here in St. Louis. A few weeks ago I stumbled onto a site that offers free MP3's from artists looking for a means of exposure unfulfilled by comercial radio. I downloaded the list below in one session, one after another. I only deleted one song from the list due to explicit lyrics, Not a clunker in the bunch. Looks like I'll be buying some CDs.

Hold on GB, don't blame the music industry or radio as they produce and play what consumers want. Blame the consumers. Most of them are not music fans. Demand better damn it!
Actually I quickly changed my mind, you are right. When Columbia records signed Bob Dylan or Willie Nelson I am sure they were taking a chance and not even imagining selling a zillion records. So we're both right. They don't take chances and people buy crap.
