RE: Gevalia coffee
I subscribed for a while, mostly for the flavored coffees. I did enjoy the coffee, but I felt the customer service was a bit lacking. They sent me a postcard offering me 2 free mugs if I bought their newest flavor. When I tried to take them up on the offer, they said they had sold out and it was no longer available.
I then ordered it on line. Got it with no problem.
I cancelled my membership after that, 1) I really don't like being lied to, and 2) I couldn't justify paying that much more money for coffee. It's good, but not THAT good, in my opinion.
