I've ordered many food products from QVC and had only two duds in the bunch (a wierd mac and cheese ring with cheese sauce, and an overly sweet creme brulee cheesecake from Balboa desserts).. The best things include; crabcakes and lobstercakes from Chesapeake Bay Gourmet, steaks and steakburgers from Kansas City Steaks, cheesecakes from Junior's, ribs from Corky's, Deep Fried Marinated Turkey Breasts from Chef Williams (the best turkey I've ever had), and Caramel candy bar apples from Mrs Prindable's.

Right now I have a Christmas ham from Kansas City Steaks and some pigs in blankets from Nathan's in my freezer.
The food arrives absolutely fresh every time, and if you aren't thrilled they will cheerfully refund your money.. In the case of the turkey breasts, they sent the wrong flavor, and a size larger than I ordered..when I called them to alert them, they refunded the entire amount and let me keep the turkey.
Sure it would be cheaper to buy it locally or cook it yourself.. but I can't cook like these people can, and I haven't found anything locally to match the flavors.

I've also ordered plenty of non-food items that' I've been pleased with.

Yes, we also have ordered those wonderful crabcakes. Yes they are expensive, but in our midwest location, crabcakes are certainly higher in a restaurant, and still may not be very good.

Picky Peggy has done the QVC/HSN shopping thing this year extensively. I'm expecting crab cakes and steaks for Christmas myself.
