Great Lunch

Three doubles all the way at Crabill's in Urbana, Ohio. lleechef had two doubles with cheese. Well worth the 52 mile drive each way for lunch.

Lee, those are slider-size. They offer nothing more than mustard, sweet relish, chopped onions and cheese. They do now have catsup, but I've never heard of anyone using it.

Well, that makes sense, except I'd swap out ketchup for the mustard.

Just wait until I tell Mollie they have ketchup. Joyce and I both put ketchup on our burgers too.

Bill, they have a sign saying they began offering catsup a few years ago.

I'd eat that!

Fifty-two miles?  Not a problem although I haven't done it lately.  Knott's Berry Farm is around that distance and I used to do it all of the time for the fried chicken and to have lunch with Bill, Joyce and Mollie.

Looks fantastic and makes me wish I were in the Midwest eating burgers.

From the one time I was at Crabill's, I'll never forget watching the guy working the grill shovel burger grease onto the hot dog my wife ordered (the lone hot dog on the grill at that time) for what must have been close to a half minute.

I remember some darn good company, good chicken and Mollie downing a lot  hot rolls. I always love a restaurant that gives you pie to go. I remember Mar saying " get the Rhubarb the corn is canned" you can't put anything over on Mar......

It's really simple. First you'll have to learn to post pictures on Facebook. Then, all you do is copy them and paste them into Roadfood. And if I can do it anyone can.

Yep, it's pretty easy. One thing to do, though is to set the privacy setting to only be seen by yourself on the picture library you set up for RF pics. If you don't you'll flood your Facebook feed with lots of food pics.

Did anyone see Michael post the picture. I mean he didn't know how to do anything before he married Lisa. I just remember him going to Friday night High School football games and coming home with mustard all over his jacket. I figure if he has a picture posted Lisa has something to do with it.....Just Sayin'

Hey, when I came home from Friday night football games at Harding in your hometown I came home with puncture wounds suffered on the field at the hands of Harding players who carried ice picks in their pads. They couldn't handle losing -- and they always lost.

YEAH!

Had a new kid getting my orders at the Italian market a few days ago and when I got home my imported sharp provolone turned out to be Bel Gioioso mild-as-can-be provolone.

Those buns look so soft and fluffy. Does Crabills get them some place special, or make them in house?

They used to use Wonder buns, but when Wonder shut down they switched to some other commercial bakery.
