2/4/6/12 volt battery bank designer link. ^^
i think (no idea for sure) that a bank of 12 monster 2 volters in series making 24 volts would be ideal.
but i'd need a trailer to move it around!
so which is better (cheaper/lasts longer/weighs less?):
a 4 x 6 volt bank in series = 24 volts, say 300 amp hours for comparison.
(pretty sure 4 x 6 is better than 2 x 12 to make 24 volts. no idea why however. i'm a farmer, not an electrician)
OR do i need a 4 x 12 volt bank in series/parallel that weighs twice as much and holds 600 amp hours?
i just want to be able to run for 1-2 hours with no generator.
of course, it kind of depends on how many pounds of fries you're throwing into the fryer!
which is a hard variable to get a fix on...
here are 2 calculators in case anyone even understands what i'm talking about!
if there are any people who understand electrical stuff more than i do, please correct me.
pretty sure you want a 24 volt DC inverter input to make 240v AC output?
again, no idea why.
resistance or something.
