    Great article.  It put me in the mood for The Rutts hot dogs which  we  will enjoy, this weekend, on Saturday AND on Sunday.  I can't wait!

    I build a hot charcoal fire in the Weber then blacken the dogs thoroughly. I like them to be highly carcinogenic. Garnish: Plochman's mustard and chopped, cold yellow onions. I never buy them 'out' as I can cook a week's worth for under $5.
