How Much To Charge Italian Ice

Is $3 too much to charge for a 4 ounce Italian Ice up? I was thinking $2 may be better depending on the venue. I'm selling from an Italian Ice Cart.

Totally depends on the area where you're selling it. Where I live, $3 would be overpriced unless you were downtown during an event. Other places, it would be low, others just right. Do some research to see what prices are in your area, and don't forget to factor in your costs (ingredients, time, cart maintenance, fees, etc.).

No such thing as too much. Here in Hawaii we have this thing called Shave Ice. It's the best. They charge $8 a cup and make it with real fruit syrup. People line up to pay.
