I'll try that with a good bottle of MAD Dog 2020 while I'm standing by the 55gal garbage can fire by the railroad tracks.

My mother used to make tuna salad, put it between 2 slices of homemade white bread then dunk it in beaten egg, then fry it.  Looked something like this:

OK lleechef, you have bread flour and you have yeast. So if you can keep the tuna from being hot I'll try that sandwich.

Michael, not a fan of Hot Tuna, eh?  Not surprising really.

lleechef, that's a fine looking sandwich, but was Mom on maneuvers in the middle of the Negev Desert, scouting for enemy combatants when she threw that together?  Might have been a different outcome under those circumstances.

    Buddy,
She was in the Alps fighting the Swiss!  They couldn't decide what to make for lunch.  French toast?  Tuna sandwich?  Scrambled eggs?  So she threw it all together and that's how it came out!  I like your jazzy song!  Almost as good as the sandwich!

Buddy, I love hot tuna when it's in my version of tuna noodle casserole. Hint: My version bears absolutely no resemblance to what folks call tuna noodle casserole. Mine is Pasta al forno con tonno e formaggio.

That reminds me to pick up a can of tuna next time I'm at the store.  There's a tuna melt quesadilla recipe I've wanted to try, I just hope I can find that recipe again...
