How to keep food (samosas or perogies) warm at your food side stand

I am planning to open up a road side stand and/or setup a stand at farmers markets.  I will be selling samosas (similar to perogies) and I'd like to get information on what I can use to keep this food warm.  It has to be large enough to keep hundreds of samosas warm.

Any help greatly appreciated

thanks

Crexis,

Just a suggestion. It might be a good idea to not keep posting your question in four different subject categories. In fact, you might find it helpful to post it in the one where you might get some help -- the Restaurant Professionals Forum.

Kind advice.
Otherwise, you may be labelled a "spammer".
Especially on 'mornings like this' where the first page was crammed with it.
