Iraqi Food - Leafy Greens
This is for azri or another. I thought it deserved a new thread rather than continuing under the picles discussion below.
I'll pose this question instead of running a search here or GOOGLING.
Are leafy greens or potherbs such as cabbage, kale, mustard greens, or turnip greens or similar part of the Iraqi cuisine? If so are they typically prepared fresh or after preserving by salting, etc., like saurkraut or drying?
