Would you like another pat of conjugated linoleic acid for your toast this morning?

I buy Kerrygold; it's available everywhere these days.  I slightly prefer the 'Brittany Butter' from Trader Joe's, but there's not one near me and I don't have it on hand a lot of the time.

I use Kerrygold pretty much exclusively. It is far better than American mass produced butters. It's rich and tasteful and just blows the competition away. I did pick up a brick of Finish butter yesterday, to give it a try. Fact is, European butters (and many other products) just blow their American counterparts out of the water. I like butter that tastes like it is farm fresh.

I was shocked at Babe's in Texas when they had individually wrapped Kerrygold butter pats on the table for the rolls.

Their sharp cheddar is also quite good.

Amazing bit of trivia; the English gent who devised the original Kerrygold marketing strategy personally invented Bailey's Irish Cream in his kitchen. Tom Jago is his name. The story is worth googling.
