You may not like CMG ,but get used to the concept. The survivors in the fast food concept restaurants will be a fresh approach to building your order. The public is more educated in organic and fresh and are willing to pay a bit more for it. What these places need are people on the floor watching how food is cooked and how produce is handled. You can't run a more intense food prep and food handling operation without extreme food safety measures. Places like McDonalds could hire someone and have them working a station quickly. Place like CMG need to rethink how food safety can be incorporated much better than it is now. I have a strange feeling you'll soon see the main chicken and beef coming into the restaurant fully cooked. There's to much liability in working with Raw products like they are now.......
