John, that ribeye looks....very similar to the ribeyes I cooked last week. :D I just gotta remember to take a picture next time.
Last weekend (1/6/07), it was close to 70 degrees here in suburban Boston. I convinced the wife to stay home rather than eat-out, as we like to do. Got a couple of nice looking ribeyes from the market. Hot grill. Two minutes, rotate, two minutes, flip, two minutes, rotate, two minutes off the grill. A nice salad, couple of baked taters & a bottle of red made the evening complete.
Why am I reading this forum when I haven't had breakfast yet????
