Kodiak Cakes

I finally tried the Kodiak Cakes brand pancake and waffle mix when it showed up at Wal*Mart. It was 4.38 for a 20 oz box, making it much more expensive than the competition. IMO, it is good, but not "knock my socks off" good. The Park City, Utah company has been well known to healthy eaters for some time. The fact that I, an over weight Roadfooder, am not especially impressed, may not be a problem to them.

Agreed. Costco carried it along with the usual Krusteze...Kodiak wasn't worth the extra cost. In fact most of us preferred the Krusteze.
