Les Halles in New York City and Muffin Patch in Old Forge, NY are CLOSED

Hello all,

Just wanted to let you know that two Roadfood-reviewed spots have closed.

1.)  Les Halles, the French brasserie in Lower Manhattan that for me had some of the best mussels, hanger steak, pot de creme and frites in NYC.  I just walked by a few days ago and saw this sign:

2.)  Muffin Patch, a long time favorite stop in Old Forge, NY for many people seeking a good, hearty breakfast while vacationing in the Adirondack Mountains region, it was one of my favorites too.  Their Bananas Foster French Toast was top notch.  While doing some online research for my next trip up that way I was unable to find them listed on Google Maps so I called the numbed I submitted with the review and it is disconnected.

Just wanted to let everyone know.

So sad. Always wanted to visit Les Halle and eat there, even though Anthony Bourdain was no longer the chef there.
