I got back to the Worcester (Grafton St) location yesterday for the first time in a long time. Since my last visit there has been an interior re-model, and it was only a few years ago that the store was re built from the ground up. It must be to try the new concept. ......

I ordered at a "point and enter" kiosk. First you pick up a numbered table tag. Enter the number, order your food, pay by cc. The table tag has some type of radio in it, so that eventually a robot can deliver the food (said another customer) My food came, delivered by a human in less than 5 minutes.

The food was OK, but at a little over $30 for two people, the days of "Change back from your dollar", are long. long gone.

I don't plan to return soon.

Ordered a Quarter Pounder yesterday.  It seemed a bit fresher than usual with more salt added.  The troubling part is that the burger took about 2 minutes to get to me.  I thought they were supposed to be cooking these fresh on the grill.
