Eggheads Restaurant in Ft. Bragg serves the best breakfast along the coast. They're open every day from 7am-2pm and there's usually a wait. The restaurant is a take off of the Wizard of Oz and you have to actually follow a yellow brick road out of the restaurant to get to a rest room. They make an excellent crab salad sandwich and omelet. I highly recommend this place.

I second that one - then there's Cafe One on the northern side of town, Carine's in Noyo Harbor, and the local brewery has a darn good pub. Lots of good eats for a small town.
