I like that logo alot. Is this a building or truck? I think making that philly cheese steak in a 3D foam or plastic would look awesome. I saw a hamburger spot that had the hamburger on their logo that way.

thank you for the kind words, Quickdog.

My goal for Tommy B's is to (License Use of Trademark) to Food Business owners of all kinds.

So far,  I have a Deli in Queens,  and a Deli in Metuchen NJ,   who added Tommy B's to their food business, and they tell me that Cheesesteaks have helped boost their sales, and that cheesesteak sales comprise the top 3 most popular items.

I'm still working out the "kinks" regarding how to market & promote Tommy B's in a way that makes the most sense for me and owners.

Again,  thank you for the encouraging words about my logo.

I would LOVE to see Tommy B's on a street cart and/or   mobile food truck !!!!!

There are many possibilities,    many potential locations:

    Hi Bill,

I prefer using a strip loin, marinated steak.

Cheez Whiz,  White American or Sharp Provolone are the 3 cheese choices.

And Amoroso 9 inch rolls......I just love these rolls.  They offer a really nice "roll to meat" ratio.

Basically,  my mission is to share Tommy B's with food business professionals of all types, licensing my registered trademark,  authorizing use of images for signs, banners, uniforms, decals...

I like to say that,   Tommy B's will give an owner  "The Look of a Franchise"  but NO ROYALTY PAYMENTS  !!!

What is the "The Look of a Franchise"? Exactly what is it your selling? And to whom? Have you sold any of (what ever it is) ?

My mother used to make stromboli, It was such an original taste. You have different ones..even with broccoli. Are you using family recipes, or you went to a culinary school?

Does anyone know if this idea actually worked? I know it is a very old post. Just curious if the concept was valid
