FriedClamFanatic I suppose it would depnd on the flavoring. The Artichoke is pretty delicate..must of anything is gonna overwhelm it. CTF.you usine the hearts cut up?.Doing anything to them first? And if the meatballs are mostly poprk or veal, it might be better than beef
mar52 Don't throw out that marinade! I use it for sauteing onions, garlic, etc when making a quick pasta sauce. Another no to the meatballs. You really need a new photographer!
