"We dutifully ordered the $7 relish tray..."

Fail.  Supper clubs that hold true to tradition don't charge for the relish tray and/or salad bar.

Still, it was nice to see that Turk's Inn lives on in a way.  I've been driving past it at least once a summer since 1993 and regret having never visited, and there's still a weatherbeaten sign for it on county road M just east of Cable, WI...Turk's Inn, 14 miles.

Wisconsin in Brooklyn? Isn’t this anti roadfood?
    What’s the world coming to?
