I made MH's favorite yesterday, banana cream.

Next is going to be Key lime........we juiced 2 bags of Key limes in December and put it in the freezer.

You juiced two bags of Key limes?  Yowza.  That's a labor of love.  I did one bag once and said never again.

Happy to see you've been making a lot more sweets, especially since you're not a big fan of desserts.

We saw them at a great price and I knew I would need 2 bags (about 60 limes) to get 1C of juice.  The deal was this........I would do one bag and MH would do the other one.  They are a royal pain in the a**!!!!  My carpal tunnel was kicking in big time!  We came up with EXACTLY 1C of juice!

What kind of a juicer did you use?  Those Key Limes are so small but worth the pain.

I have a wooden lemon juicer but it was way too big for those silly little Key limes.    We both used dessert forks.......cut them in half, stick the fork in, twist and squeeze.
