IN the LA/OC area in California, there are tons of places like the Kickin' Crab, the Boiling Crab etc. that combine the two. Often times at Kicken' Crab we'll get a Crawfish Boil with andouille sausage, a nice treat after an appetizer of Vietnamese Garlic Noodle, Coconut Sea Snails and Cajun Edamame. The two cuisines really go together!
