Pretzels In a Steamer Pan

Was thinking of selling soft pretzels from the dog cart. Could keep them warm in the steamer pan but how would I keep the condensation that collects on the lid, from soaking into them?

Make a lid for this purpose that has a half dozen or so holes drilled in the top. It will stay plenty warm in there and less condensation should build. Also put a rack in the bottom of your pan. Steam pans murder bread that touches it. Gets hard on that surface in a short period of time.

Steam and Pretzels are like oil & water. They don't mix well.
