    I have been craving jambalaya and gumbo for a loooooooooong time!  Guess I'll have to make some myself!

    I smoked a family pack of chicken thighs over aged pecan wood last night in the backyard. Earlier this week I smoked some Prasek sausage to have to eat on out of the fridge. Today I'll wrangle all the ingredients together and knock out a big batch of jambalaya. On the fence as to whether it'll be Creole or Cajun.
