Red Tomato In Madison CT
I was just back in my hometown of Madison this weekend for columbus day weekend,a 3 day weekend and an excuse to come home from school for the weekend. Well, me and my girlfriend picked up a large pie at Red Tomato, half cheese half house special ( fresh tomato, basil, garlic) always our favorite. Well the pizza made me think how great it was, but at the same time there arent many pizza places that make a pizza like Red Tomato, its the real thin crust and the ingredients everything is just really fresh. Is this a certian style pizza? if so what class does it fit into. I am sure you can just call it your normal thin crust pizza, but I wouldnt say its the same as a Pepes thin crust pizza, there is something different about it, and I cant quite put my finger on it. any opinions?
