    It's unfortunate to see a place like Nick's close but at age 75 Nick Nicotre has earned the right to hang up his apron.  In Port Arthur is boudain less popular than it once was?  I wonder if Jimmy Johnson or Janis Joplin were ever patrons...

    Boudain is as popular as ever. And I'd be willing to bet Janis had at least one stick from there way back when.
