I can't tell you where to eat because it has been years since I was there.
But...  I can tell you that if you can, drive up and down the coast!  It's beautiful!
If you see sauteed razor clams on any menu.. Order them!
If you'd like a touristy tour of a cheese factory, which I found interesting to see in person.. go to Tillermook.
In Bandon, Oregon south of Rockaway Beach you can buy great cranberry jelly candies.
Just in general, I love Yachats, Oregon.

Not sure of the season but I bet Marionberries will be a highlight.  I particularly like Marionberry scones with a great cup of Oregon coffee.

Different types of smoked fish are also good to try.

About 35 miles north of Rockaway Beach is Cannon Beach.  I owned a lot there that I sold to buy my business so I haven't been back in about 25 years!  It's an artsy town with Haystack Rock which you may have seen in movies, TV shows and advertisements.  My lot was the southwest corner of Hemlock and Susitna... I could ALMOST see the top of Haystack!

Have fun and Oregon now makes great wines.
