I envy the east coast.  So far it's been a very dry winter here in southern WI and we could really use some snow, not only for tourism but for spring planting as well.  Melting snow provides crucial moisture for crops, and bare fields lose moisture to evaporation.  Plus I just happen to like winter.

I'd kill for a foot and a half of snow. Heck, even six inches of snow would be a blessing.

Brad and Michael, if I could send both of you all the snow we have, I'd do it in a heartbeat!

I love Lake Michigan in summer. In winter, not so much. We've gotten lucky the last couple of days and the lake effect snow machine has kept it further south and not as far inland and it's been too cold for normal snow, but I've still got easily about a foot out there. Up until it went sub-zero, we'd been getting at least a couple inches every day. The plow service is definitely earning its money this year!

Brad is right-very little snow here in Wisconsin. It was horribly cold instead so far.
