The 35 best pasta dishes you can eat in New Jersey

New Jersey like its cousin across the Hudson, has no shortage of great Italian establishments...has since the first Italian immigrants arrived well over a hundred years ago(my ancestors included. Well compliments of the star ledger and conducted polls, here are 35 great places to get these 35 great simple Italian pasta dishes. There must be something here you'd like...or maybe 36!!!

Great article, excellent looking food. Thanks Lee. I noticed it was penned by Peter Genovese, who also happens to be the classic Diner expert in NJ. I have this great book by him https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5520719-jersey-diners

Lee,

I want!

But aren't some of those too heavy on the sauce/gravy for your standards?
