The Pennsylvania Ice Cream Trail

The PA tourism board and department of agriculture have created a "tour" of ice cream shops on local dairy farms - what they call a "cow to cone experience."

1. Visit farm.
2. Buy ice cream.
3. Return to car.
4. Make grasshopper from bottle of creme de menthe that's in the cooler.

Looks interesting. I've never been to any of the places on there. I've driven past Freddy Hill, which is near where a friend of mine lives.

I doubt I'll ever make a special trip just to hit that trail, but if I'm ever in those areas, I may look to the list for somewhere to stop for a snack.
