    Sounds like business as usual in NOLA. Corruption and ill treatment of their residents has a long history in the city.

    It is business as usual. And the $43 million they blew on remediation could've relocated every single resident into a not-toxic-part of town.

    Sure. By the time the fat cats finished lining their pockets there was probably about 50 bucks left.
