I love it!  Many, many years ago I started and probably finished a thread with pictures of Roadfooders in those Kinky Boots type of pictures.  This one is a classic!

Always great to see pics of your adventures in NYC, with or without other Roadfooders!

Great report, as usual. I ate at Wo Hop a number of years ago and still remember it fondly. I love those old-fashioned Chinese restaurants. We're running out of them in favor of trendier and more authentic places here in Philly.

Billyboy,
what an excellent report! I agree about the locks-----when we were at the Napa Valley Wine Train in April they had a fence that was really sagging badly, weighed down by all the locks (including Sheldon and Amy's lock from the Big Bang Theory episode).

I checked Wo Hop's menu and they have exactly what I wanted to have, the War Shu Duck (almond pressed duck). That's a definite when we get to the city.

In the meantime, looking forwards to a dining adventure in Long Island/Freeport with you in a few days!

Oh my, how I love Sicilian "square slices".
That was the first style of pizza I ever tasted.

We really liked staying in the Financial District on our recent trip; Prince Street Pizza is definitely on my list for the next visit.
