I happen to like Spam. Currently, my favorite version is the jalapeno, but I also really like the black pepper one, too. As to favorite breakfast sandwiches, my current favorite is the one I made today: a triple-yolk, over easy egg sandwich with cheddar cheese and ham on white bread with Duke's mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

I agree with everything but the liking Spam part...although I like a "spiced ham" (the cold cut)sandwich...and I always felt that is just thinly sliced spam!!

I was blasted here a couple of years ago for saying I like Pork Roll, and that it tastes a lot like Spam. Now, as to spiced ham, WOW! I used to love that when I was a kid, but I haven't even seen it in 40 or so years.

Yeah,it's very common in deli's here...usually oval or square in shape...I was told it's the same as spam cut suoer thin, cold cut style. The deli guy told me "Spam" stands for Spiced ham.!!

Pss: Loving porkroll shows you have great taste...but tasting like spam...Nah!

I visited few months ago in Amsterdam. There I ate Baguette Pulled Pork and Baguette Puled Chicken sandwiches. I found them very yummy. I would love to eat again.

Mine's a little weird and I make them all by myself. I love sandwiches with lettuce, cream cheese and salmon as filling.

I also love shredded tuna and mayonaise.
