I have been following your "Adkins" efforts and admire your persistance. In the past I have considered this diet also, not only to lose weight, but as a means to control sugar. Have you come to terms with it now or do you still have a problem with "cravings"?. What success have you had losing weight? Have you had a blood workup since starting ie: what has happened with cholesterol, Etc. I'm not simply being nosy, & don't feel you have to answer, if you care not to. I'm sincerely interested.
