CCinNJ, I am very intrigued by those. I've never seen them in a store, but I bet I could make some myself! I love artichokes and bacon, so I really don't see a down side.
Tonight I made chicken thighs in garlic-soy-butter sauce, with steamed sweet peas and French-style green beans.
If I can ever get myself out of this chair, I've got to put together a bacon-cheddar-asparagus strata for tomorrow's dinner.
