That sounds like a potato salad I might actually consider eating...normally I'm not a fan!

How did you make your sauce? Looks creamy. We just made it with olive oil and garlic. Mom and grandma sometimes also substituted Cauliflower.

I made the sauce with some of the pasta water and heavy cream, then added Pecorino Romano cheese.

Homemade Calzone stuffed with spinach/ricotta and mozzarella. Made a nice marinara sauce on the side.  Used dough that I bought from a local pizza place. If you ask they will sell you pound and a half to 2 pound pieces. That made two of these rather large calzones. The second one had meatballs in it instead of spinach. I also added grated parmigiano-reggiano in both the filling and on top (you can see it if you look hard)

We had waffles for dinner last night. Tonight we got a couple of pizzas from our favorite pizzeria and made a great salad bowl to go with it.

I'm hoping the grandson wants to help me make pizza tonight.  Since he just turned 2 I think he'll be in charge of the tomato sauce.

My favorite Ramenya is closed on Mondays  Why did I think today was Tuesday?

So...  I drove to a different ramen place I was curious about.  Killer Noodles.  Sounds like I'd love it.

It was okay.  Not as good as Ramenya.

What's special about this place is that they add a numbing pepper to the soup.  You can order the heat AND the numbing on a scale of 1 to 10.  I did heat 4 and numbing 3.  Three is their standard.

It was neither hot or numbing.  I'll go up a number on each if I ever go back.

I love potato and eggs, but the closest I can come to a hard roll is about 600 miles.
