Katrina's recipe sounds really good, but I'm willing to bet that isn't what tdeneek is seeking. I also love good 'ol fried Orange Chicken as much as the next guy, even if it is neither healthy nor remotely Chinese. Basically fried chicken chunks and sweet and sour type sauce with a bit of red pepper kick. Would be interested in recipe for this as well.
