Med-thin, hard, very crunchy, the "split" it that the doubt splits into a sort or ridge when it cooks, makes extra cruncy texture. Fabulous taste too for "winter wheat".
I like plain splits, but of course there is also cheese, "extra dark" (ie- burnt), butter, salt-free, oat bran, whole wheat, jalapeno cheddar, salt-free, "minis"
