I love anything with unagi! Here in W'burg (Virginia) we have a place that does a roll with smoked salmon, cream cheese, (like a philly roll) and adds unagi to it to make a "Williamsburg Roll." I like trying the "special" rolls that each bar will come up with. Like calamari roll or fried lobster roll.
I like the spider rolls, tuna rolls, salmon nigiri, tamago (egg) too.
I may have to go for sushi after work!
