Buffet Potatoes: 2 lbs. frozen hash browns, 1/2 cup melted margarine, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 pt. sour cream, 10 oz. grated cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, touch of Texas BBQ rub
Thaw potatoes about 45 minutes before assembling. Combine potatoes in a 13X9X2 baking dish with butter, onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Add a touch of Texas BBQ rub for flavor! Bake 1 hour at 350 (serves 8-10)
VERY GOOD side dish and tastes great with BBQ!
