RE: Smoked Salmon
Assorted bagels, sweet butter, salted butter, cream cheese, kalamata olives, tomato slices, red onion slices, sliced scallions. My preference is alot of kalamata olives.
You could also put out finely minced dill, capers, sour cream, lemon quarters, country style dijon mustard if some don't want the bread,just fillets in cream sauce.
There is a smoked salmon pasta I had once in a restaurant that was very good, I'm sure you can find a recipe on the net for a good one with the leftovers.
